This was bay far the worst daycare I have ever worked for. Been there for 8 months and never even filled out tax form or proper hire paperwork! They are unprofessional, play favorites, and there is ZERO communication. She will work you to the bone and make you stay late without even notice or talking to you. She gets mad and takes it out on her employees, for just a simple question. She is understaffed….FOR A REASON! I wouldn’t suggest putting a child here OR working here! They have had so many violations, and there are more everyday I saw while working there. Yikes…
Sadly I Worked here. I left months ago. I’m actually embarrassed to say that now. Completely unprofessional and zero communication. She Doesn’t listen to her own staff and has made several employees break down into tears. Cindi is Completely disrespectful. She can’t keep staff because of her behavior and attitude. She Doesn’t care about covid. She’s told me several times to come into work after being exposed to covid. Doesn’t send kids home sick even if they qualify in her own health plan. Don’t work here. Don’t send your kids here. It’s not worth it. Several times we’ve gone without wipes or gloves for at most a week in time. Which is against so many violations. Has left employees who have not been cleared by the state be left alone with children. Genuinely curious on how this place is still open.
The director is unprofessional and unfair, she plays favorites and lets gossip go around the building like a high school cafeteria. She fired people without telling them. She has allowed alcohol on the property during school hours. She says she provides unprocessed foods but all’s she does is buy frozen Mac and cheese and chicken nuggets every week for lunches. It’s supposed to be a nut free school but she allows almond milk and nuts in classrooms with children with nut allergies. Would not recommend working there or sending your child there!
