Description: Childtime's educational philosophy is based on the Reggio Emilia approach, named after the Italian city and the surrounding villages where the method took root after World War II. Central to this philosophy is the belief that secure relationships with responsive and respectful adults provide the basis for all learning. With these relationships in place, children develop a capacity for trust, competence and independence that helps them grow as students and people.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. Reports can also be verified with your local daycare licensing office.

Child Time on Morgan Road is the most traumatizing awful daycare I sadly ever sent my children too. My youngest attended from June 2023 to June 2024 my oldest from August 2023 to febuary 2024. Everything about the facility and the experience they gave vs what my children recieved is fraud. I reported concerns on behalf of my children at the end of june . They are serious. Many other parents reported their own serious concerns as well. To this day not one person has checked on my kids. When I reported my concerns with child time on sprout ap and then corporate number they kicked my kids out. To this day I still have no daycare. I've emailed jen Johnston director and have all proof that this is not right. Lucas prek spot for Liverpool universal prek program is child time on Morgan road. Now he has NO pre school for the fall. Liverpool is trying to find him another but we all know these things have to be signed up for in advance due to limited availability. This center failed my children then kicked them out. Do not trust them
