I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

I was very disappointed when given a tour awhile back. We were looking for my niece 6mos olds and when shown the infant room there were babies left alone in cribs crying. We were also told the director wasn't even there even though we had it set up with her. The carpet was rather dirty in the room and it just seemed crowded with stuff. Going through the next room it seemed as if all the toys were mismatched, broken, unsafe or down right trash. They had things like glass pictures frames, and glass mirrors at levels children could reach. And it seemed as thought a few teachers spent more time on their phones then anything. It was all very loud no structure lots of kids crying and I just didn't see alot of learning. It was kind of a free for all. 1 teacher never even got off the couch.
