About the Provider
Mission
Our mission is to create an academically rigorous constructivist learning environment that engages each student’s unique spirit and intellect, develops creative, critical thinking skills, and cultivates compassionate, active citizens.
Vision
Our vision at Trillium is to create an inclusive, equitable and intellectually rigorous culture where knowledge is built through experience. Students and staff are expected and empowered to reach their full potential. It is our goal to be an innovative model for other schools, and a leader within the larger educational community.
We cultivate critical thinking and participatory learning so that students who graduate from Trillium meet or exceed state standards, possess effective leadership and communication skills, and have a desire to be lifelong learners and problem solvers. We honor and nurture the individual spirit of each child, recognizing that intellectual, emotional and social needs must be met for the healthy development of a successful individual.
We strive for respectful communication and work to mediate conflicts peacefully. We create and use collaborative learning, planning, and decision-making processes. All members of our school community support the work of our school by giving generously of their time, resources and talents.
