Corrective Action: On March 13, 2020, the licensee reported that she had provided transportation to and from the bus stop daily since September 2020, and had not used individual age-appropriate safety restraints for up to seven children, between the ages of three and six. The rear seat capacity of this vehicle is six and none of the children are old enough to ride in the vehicle’s front seat. In addition, the licensee reported she did not have a complete traveling first aid kit, fire extinguisher, or the children’s emergency contact information in the vehicle. Ensure that all applicable federal, state, and local laws, and OCCL Regulations for transportation are followed when providing transportation. This was discussed with the licensee at the time of the visit and the licensee stated she would immediately stop providing transportation.
