Staff will be trained and reminded of the proper disciplinary procedures for the facility. 2. Staff and parents will be made aware of methods to report incidents felt to be beyond the necessary discipline. 3. Owner will ensure that all incidents will be investigated and proper measures will be taken should it be necessary. |
