I am Charlita Rigg, and was born into a family of eleven siblings. My personal philosophy has been shaped by the importance of family, growing up with eleven brothers and sisters all my life. I know the importance of encouraging the development of each child individually and recognize each one's own strengths, talents, and abilities. Additionally, I am very cognisant of the safety of children in my care and can offer this because I have ten years of experience in the health care industry. I am a certified Medical Assistant, phlebotomy and CNA as well as being skilled in First Aid / Seisure and CPR/ EAD.

If I could give a zero star I would absolutely horrible. Never will bring my child to her again! She has dog poop in her yard it’s so disgusting!
Miss Char was fantastic! She watched my son for almost two years, from newborn up. Her communication was great and I never had any concerns leaving my son with her! I feel like Miss Char became like part of the family and she still sends messages checking in on my son three years later! Being military, we move often and I have yet to find anyone like Miss Char.
charlita is one of the best childcare providers! My daughter was well take care off and I was not worried at all because I knew charlita would take good care of her. I truly recommend charlita, her day care is clean, the food is good and kids learn with activities. She also take them to the parks or to eat, it was wonderful I never was worried about my daughter and she is also very flexible and understanding.
We love Miss Char and Tot Time Daycare! Our daughter attended starting at 18 months. Our son went to Tot Time for over a year before we moved. It is so nice leaving our children somewhere where we knew they were being well cared for and loved.
