PARENTS BEWARE 2023-10-24 04:05:59
I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Please, I implore you to never take your child
here. Our baby lasted one hour here. We provided specific instructions on her feeding schedule, what she can eat, what she cannot…everything. They said she was “crying up a storm” so they fed her 4oz of her bottle(she wasn’t due to eat again until 12:00)and they told us we had to pre-mix it as they were t allowed to. She only had 5oz left after that for the rest of the day(we planned to pick her up early too since it was her first day). She eats 9oz every 4 hours and would’ve been starving later in the day. Then we saw they logged a snack for her…instead of her second stage baby food they gave her a NUTRIGRAIN BAR. SHE DOESN’T HAVE TEETH. All this was literally one hour after we dropped her off and she had her morning bottle at home. We left our home to pick her up immediately. When we got there, they had the bar chopped up in the center of the table-no plates, bowls nothing. A community pile for infants to grab food and put into their mouths. This is so extremely unsanitary and wrong. The caregivers weren’t feeding it to the babies, they had the babies sticking their own hands in the pile to get the pieces. When I asked why did no one read the 50 pages of paperwork we filled out with all her information they said “this is what we give to all our babies, you didn’t tell us” “we don’t have access to her paperwork and instructions”. The complete disregard and care for our baby was completely ignored after we gave explicit instructions. Before our infant even started we got a message in the app saying one of the kids rooms had a case of RSV and the infant room strep throat. So we pushed back our start date but thought well it’s a daycare thing. It probably wouldn’t have happened if all the babies weren’t sharing community piles of food. Just don’t even consider this place as an option, please. It’s dangerous.

This center is ran poorly and the owner is not a good person to work for. All of the complaints that were supposedly "resolved" were only done so to pass the inspection. These procedures do not stay in place. The turn over rate is extremely high amongst employees. The same individual that works in the kitchen was also doing the janitorial work. The owner comes in when she is ready to wake for the day regardless of what is going on. I would not recommend anyone to send their child there or to work under those conditions. She also does not have her hiring process and paperwork together. She also completes the recommended training online that the staff are supposed to be completing themselves and starting employees without having their background checks completed.
