DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO THIS CENTER!!!!

If I could give less than one star I would.
The owner is very very good with words. She will tell you exactly what you want to hear, yet do the complete opposite behind your back. While my child attended, I caught her in many lies leading me to remove my child from this center. Not once, not twice but on almost a daily basis when I arrived at the center to drop of my child AND when I arrived to pick my child up, she was sitting in her car, often times with cigarette in hand. Very unprofessional. She would talk down to staff as if they had no idea what they were doing. Do not send your child to a center based around lies and an owner who would rather take smoke breaks than interact with your child. My only compliment is that Aside from the owner, the staff was always very helpful and my child adored their teachers. What hurt me most about this center is the owner would brag about other children to other parents, this was extremely wrong to me. When communicating with parents you should only be speaking about their child. This center is all around backwards when it comes to the owner and her way of running things.
please, continue your search. I promise better centers are out there. The positive reviews of this center I found to be written by the owner, herself. Do not make your decision based off of the limited positive reviews.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

We have 2 kids at The New Edge, one 10 months old & one 2 years old. They have been going there for 8 months. We are extremely appreciative and happy with the management and the staff.
Staff is loving and caring, very pleasant and very professional. The Director is professional, knowledgeable, helpful and very pleasant to talk to.
A couple of months ago, my wife Mary and I, went through some financial difficulties we decided to talk to the Director about our situation. She was very helpful in working with us. Because of her understanding and giving us different options and plans, our kids were able to attend the Daycare and that definitely helped us.
We love this Center, where not only our kids are well taken care off by great teachers but as parents we are provided a great service and support.
Thank you The New Edge Learning Center, we appreciate your service.
If you want your child to be safe, educated and loved, bring your child to The New Edge, we are glad that we did.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Our son is enrolled at the New Edge for more then a year and we are very pleased. We started with Kiddie Korner at this location, which closed its door without any advance notice. That is when The New Edge took over and reopened doors in a week. We were not happy with Kiddie Korner. The New Edge Director and staff are professional, knowledgeable and organized. Our son has developed self-confidence, and self-steam at The New Edge. Staff is friendly and caring. They take time to update us about our child’s progress and growth. Director is very pleasant and easy to talk to, she is always available to answer any questions. Director also helps us by providing helpful tips regarding recourses and information, which is available to parents outside of the center. We provided all food and drinks for our son until he turned 2 years because State regulations do not allow childcare provider to provide anything to children under age 2. Since our son turned 2, we were pleased to see that The New Edge provides breakfast, milk and afternoon snakes. Also that mane is based on healthy choices. No junk food or food with artificial add-ons. Also No TV, kids learn from teachers. Our son was learning his numbers, letters, shapes and colors when he was an infant. The New Edge uses a 4.5 star rated and MSDE approved curriculum. We get copies of lesson plans on weekly basis. Teachers create fun activities for kids to learn social, emotional and language skills. Our son loves to come home and teach us what he learned at school. Teachers keep kids active and interested through out the day, We love The New Edge Center and we are very pleased with their staff and Director. We only wish that, if we had found this Center when our 2 older kids were going to daycare. We highly recommend The New Edge to all. You will not be disappointed.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Save yourself the trouble and hassle and choose a different provider. DayCare provider and owner promised to enroll into NACCAR (military child care asdistance) which she never did. As one person stated, the facility does not open as promised at 6:30 a.m. and the pictures on the website are not a true reflection of the classrooms. Space is very limited in all areas of this DayCare, I do not recommend this daycare.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Operation Hours short staffed so although 6:30 a.m. time posted, plan to wait about 15 minutes if arriving at 6:30a.m.

Staff/Teacher interaction with children are appropriate. Cleanliness is practiced. Very limited amount of space and storage as well very limited amount of toys for free play especially in 12-23 month classroom. Outside play is a large fenced area however there are wood chips that need replacement on grounds. All children share the background and outside toys are visibly dated and worn.

No meals, snacks, or any beverages to include milk provided. Must supply own bedding for naptime.
