Our experience at this school has been a mix of positive and negative aspects. On the bright side, our son, who had a significant speech delay, demonstrated almost immediate improvement upon joining the school. His teachers were warm, empathetic, and supportive, truly fostering an environment conducive to his growth. The Director, Ms. Nikki, was a delight to work with. She made us feel safe and genuinely heard, and she was always responsive and generous with her time.

However, there are a few areas where the school could improve. Firstly, it would be beneficial if the school offered cameras for parents to monitor their child's progress. While we initially received consistent updates on our son, that communication has significantly decreased over time. Our logs now only include sign-in and sign-out times, with no information about his daily activities. Additionally, there is a high turnover rate amongst the staff, which makes it difficult to build a stable relationship with the people who care for our child.

The most concerning aspect, though, is the owner, Ms. Noureen. While it's inspiring to see women in leadership positions, her approach has been unprofessional and disappointing. She comes across as rude, abrasive, and dismissive. When we sought information regarding an incident involving our son, she made it clear that reviewing camera footage (only accessible to staff) was not a priority for her. It was only when we reached out to the director, Ms. Nikki, that the situation was properly addressed and resolved.

Despite Ms. Nikki's intervention, the resolution process took several weeks, and our son was out of school for nearly five weeks. We believe that if the issue had been handled promptly and appropriately from the beginning, this lapse in attendance could have been avoided. Regardless, we were still expected to pay the full tuition amount during his absence (which we did). Ms. Noureen complicated the situation further by breaching the contract and withdrawing our son from the school due to a missed payment deadline that fell on a Saturday. We offered to make the payment on the following Monday but were refused. Her unwillingness to address the issue and evasive behavior, both on the phone and in person, left us feeling disrespected and unfairly discriminated against.

In Conclusion:
If the school were exclusively managed by Ms. Nikki, we would wholeheartedly recommend it without reservation. Regrettably, our personal experiences, combined with feedback from other parents and staff members, and the difficulties we faced with the owner, Ms. Noureen, make it challenging for us to endorse this school with confidence. We strongly encourage parents and caregivers to consider alternative options for their child's education and care

The Leadership is outstanding and really appreciate their ability to listen and collectively work with parents to solve issues. The teachers really care about their students and work really hard to ensure the best is achieved from each student. My kids love TLVS and so do I!
