Thank you for your interest in The Learning Experience® at Northport, NY. Our center is now open and enrolling! We offer premier child care to children ages six weeks to six years and after school care for children up to twelve years of age. The Learning Experience is not just a daycare facility but also a complete child development center with a dynamic and fun environment that is committed to quality care and education of your child. 

Our parents have confidence each day that their child is being taken care of in a loving and respectful environment. We pride ourselves on our warm and loving teachers, phenomenal curriculums and the simple extras that make bringing your child to day care an easy and stress free event.

Our unique programs are based upon years of research and early childhood education experience and that is why we pride ourselves on offering both excellent academic programming as well as a variety of enrichment programs all free of charge to our children. Our school is divided into classrooms based on age and development beginning with our state-of-the-art infant rooms. From there, children advance into the Toddlers, Twaddlers, Preppers, Preschool and Pre-K programs.

The Learning Experience® is extremely proud of our proprietary curriculum, The Learning Experience Academic Program (L.E.A.P®). At TLE we realize that how children learn is as important as what they learn and encourage each child to achieve success acquiring invaluable cognitive and social skills. L.E.A.P. is broken into three separate stages based on age and development beginning with Little Learners and progressing through L.E.A.P. 1 and L.E.A.P. 2. Our unparalleled Fun with Phonics® program is our early reading program that helps 90% of our preschoolers that completed the preschool program with us at TLE reading by the time they go to Kindergarten! Come see our facilites in Northport, where we invite you to join our TLE family!

At TLE, each staff member is a loving and nurturing individual with a genuine interest in benefiting the lives of the children they teach. Teachers and assistants must follow strict guidelines and meet all state certification requirements. Staff members are required to participate in our sponsored continuing education programs and mandatory First Aid training and CPR courses are provided annually. Consistent evaluations by superiors and parents help maintain the center's high standard of excellence for its personnel.

Hours: 6:30 am to 6:30 pm Monday thru Friday Year Round

Meals:  We offer a 5-day nutritious lunch program as well as a morning and afternoon snack.

State of the art security monitoring system are in all classrooms and playground

All year round indoor activity room-"Make Believe Boulevard"

Computers are provided in all classes ages 2.5 to 6 Years old

We also offer Sign Language and Technology programs as part of our curriculum.

Preppers: Ages 2.5 Years-3 Years
