I am at Alexander Springs and witnessed an older worker berating and being physically strong with a child about wiping his hands while eating lunch.
I understand that children can be trying but for the provider to be so aggressive is beyond me.
The motto on the bus is " Where the Fun Begins" NOT for this child.
