I have used this provider for more than 6 months

This experience started off good. However, it grew into a terrible experience. Among many things the communication is terrible at best. They sent emails to us at 7:06am, the day of, letting parents know that they would be closed for the day. My wife was on her way to drop off our daughter and luckily caught the email in time to turn around, but that did not change the fact, that as working professionals both of us had to completely re-work our schedules to keep our daughter at home unexpectedly. After that, it became hard line stances in terms of covid-19. They not only closed the school for two days, starting on Thursday, for an event that happened on Wednesday, but then proceeded to send out emails requiring proof of a negative covid-19 test on Saturday. This would make proof of a negative covid-19 test necessary 6 days after the fact. I had finally had enough and took my daughter somewhere else. Once we took her somewhere else we requested a letter to give to the next facility. We simply asked if it had originated in her classroom, and what date that was. There was a refusal to communicate any information to us. I would be very careful to send my children to this facility. Acting as though they know better than a parent what the medical needs of your child are, and the terrible communication, along with all of the closings with no notification are very difficult to deal with as a working parent.

I am an employee

As a former teacher I can say that the stress level for teachers is extremely High due to lack of support from the owner. The child to teacher ratio is often times way over not only the Goddard standard but also the state standards. My ratio was 11 to 1. I often had as many as 16 by myself. I was by myself with 16 children during a lock down. There is a huge staff turnover and often times there is not enough staff to adequately care for the children. Yet the owner insist more children be allowed to enrolled. Children are allowed to come to school sick with little regard for the health of other students or staff. Parents were told tuition was raised in order to increase teachers pay. The owner then informed the teachers they would not be given a raise. I would not recommend this school for students or staff.

The management they allow to run these schools are a complete joke. The assistant director in Spring is 22 years old with no degree and her only qualification seems to be that she is friends with the director. The director bounces between one school and another and is never around. She didn't know basic information about how the school was run on a day to day level. The owner is the same and just lets the two run amok.

They are both incredibly rude, immature and unorganized. Teachers never have supplies available, it takes up to an hour to get a restroom break pretty often (I've seen teachers pretty much holding themselves), and the pay is low. They have pretty much come out and say that they will never give raises either. Also, they frequently engage in shady behavior like doctoring forms to look like they've done things they haven't. The teachers will almost never get time to create lessons plans and they will bully and insult them for it. If they are having trouble in a room or are stressed out, they will act like something is wrong with them because you can't "tough it out". I've seen teachers cry.

They penny pinch to a fault. They barely give our any decent amount of snacks to the children and all the toys are old and broken. I've seen the same puzzle for years go between all different classes at different developmental levels. Splash Days, the summer camp, literally just means they turn the sprinklers on - and some days they don't even manage that. Teachers wind up having to throw water on the kids using a cup.

There is an incredibly high turnover rate. Don't fall in love with any of the teachers because they will be out of there soon enough.

In summary, rude and incompetent front office that is CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP. You will pay out the nose for this garbage and your kids will suffer for it.
