| Findings: The complaint alleges that on December 3, 2019 a 4 year old female child cut another 4 year old child's hair. The director states that the parent confronted her regarding her daughters hair had been cut with a pair of scissors. Director calmed the parent down and explained to her that she will investigate this situation and will have a meeting with her and owner. The director immediately went to the classroom to question the teacher what happened. Director states she asked the teachers, they both state that the 2 girls where in the library area laying on their bellies playing with the manipulatives. The teacher was off of the clock but working on her lesson plans for the next day. Director states that the teacher's didn't know the 2 girls had scissors with them on the floor. | |||
