I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I had enrolled my daughter from ages 2-5 years old. From the beginning the owner Ms. Talat has been so friendly, helpful caring and has always gone above and beyond for not just my child but all the children and parents. From her first teacher Ms. Sharon who taught her with much patience how to potty train within the first few months; my child was using the restroom alone and sleeping through the night with little to no accidents. Ms. Carter has always been a positive, helpful and joyous teacher whom my child grew to adore. Ms. Venus/ Leslie who saw the educational potential growth; they began to capitalize on my child's intelligence and challenge her academically. Overall, I can truly say that allowing my child to be apart of this amazing daycare was an honor and they helped me prepare my child for Kindergarten in which she is excelling. Thank you to everyone at this facility to aided in my child's well being and education you have no idea how much I appreciate you all! God Bless!

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Absolutely loved the place. My daughter was there for 3 years and they've well prepared her kindergarten. They encourage learning along with critical thinking and everyday my daughter would come home with different project. Mrs. Talat and staff were amazing. I'm so glad my daughter went there.

I feel very fortunate to have found Holding Hands Daycare Center (HHDC). I have two children who have attend HHDC for three years (and counting). The daycare center is nice, spacious, and clean. I have found the director and teaching staff to be warm, creative, and caring to my precious babies (and me too). It is comforting to have my children in an environment that not only prepares them academically but also encourages social and personal development for my little ones. The director has been an invaluable resource. On many occasions I have consulted with her about the transition to solid foods, potty training, and so many other topics related to the development of my children. She always has a listening ear and provides meaningful responses/suggestions to my queries. I highly recommend Holding Hands Daycare Center!

Mrs. Talat Ismail, Director and Owner of Holding Hands Daycare Center, has been an integral part of my family’s life for over five years. She has provided her daycare services to us for each of my children starting from the age of 3 months old. They are now 8 months old, 3.5 years old, and 5.5 years old. Talat and her staff are warm, kind, and loving individuals. They provide a safe and warm environment for the children to spend their time each day. The staff is always available and ready to address any concerns a parent may have. My children have grown both personally and academically while under their care. HHDC is the only daycare I will ever take my children. I

My wife and I experience with this daycare was to say the least, unpleasent. We used this daycare after my wife and I came off of Paternity leave and Maternity leave respectively in January. After a week we noticed that our daughter's cheeks were dark on both sides and that she had been crying alot when we would go to pick her up. We didn't want to jump to conclusions because this was a new environment for her and we thought maybe she could be just getting darker (we are African American). We asked the owner at the daycare about it and of course they denied any fowl play. To err on the conservative side we scheduled an appointment with the pediatrician just in case it was abuse. On the morning which we were going to the pediatrician we noticed she had developed diaper rash. She never had diaper rash before ( she hasn't since). We became more concerned. The doctor confirmed that the marks were abuse. She said based on the marks it seems like someone has been squeezing her cheeks together really hard. Child protective services were called. The police and child protective services officer just basically did what we did, which was ask did they do it and looked around. They basically informed us that they could not confirm the abuse based on the invistigation. I do not recommend this place.
