As of June 22, 2020, the LS had not received a Change of Facilities form (1209) or any notification that construction had begun. LS spoke with one of the owners of the program who informed her that due to the recent pandemic plans had changed and construction was halted. The owner also informed the LS that the architectural plans had also changed during this time and were not the same plans that were originally received in October 2019.
