Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. Noncompliance Area: On December 4, 2017, Child #1, a preschool aged child, was missing from the group for approximately 1 hour. Neither staff persons 1 nor 2 knew where the child was. Other staff were called and the building was searched for approximately 45 minutes, with no one being able to locate the child. After approximately 45 minutes of not being able to locate the child, the police were called and responded to the facility. Child was located hiding in a shelf in the school age room. Per interviews with staff and written documentation from staff, child was missing from the group for approximately 1 hour. Correction Required: Children on the facility premises and on facility excursions off the premises shall be supervised by a staff person at all times. Outdoor play space used by the facility is considered part of the facility premises. Children must be supervised at all times.
