I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Staff are welcoming and friendly, although children are left unsupervised in the bathroom area and toddler groups are unsupervised during nap time while staff is on a hour break. New staff, with little or no experience are left alone with children. The owner gossips with parents and staff about other families personal matters.
