I have used this provider for less than 6 months
The place is a mess. The staff is completely unprofessional, and don’t seem to have a clue what’s going on. I dropped my daughter off in the morning and they never took her to her class. Her classroom is 50 yards away and they could get her there. We are supposed to pay them to take our child to class and they could do it. Absolutely ridiculous. I pulled my daughter out after one day.
The staff are unprofessional. I find them rarely engaging with the children. I also tried informing them that I needed the link to pay my account and was ignored till a late charge was accessed to my account. So, I emailed back and forth. On Thanksgiving, the lead staff decides to respond and is unprofessional. The lead staff is rude but, agrees to remove the late charge. In all things account, I give them the opportunity to grow and learn from these bad habits. The response is I should go else where if I am unhappy. Well as someone who cares for the wellbeing of all, I was hoping for change and improvement. I instead recieved harsh words of acceptance of a poor program for children.
My daughter has been attending Adventure Club since she was in 2nd grade and is now going into 5th. The Adventure Club has always been flexible and economic for our middle class family. They are helpful and supportive during the school year by keeping her active and social. They have an endless aray of toys, activities and things to keep her brain going. They are very easy to talk to and attentive with the children!
They also have a WONDERFUL Summer program. They swim 1+ times a week and have a exciting feild trip once every week. They bike ride weekly and keep the kids active. They don't allow bullying and hold the children accountable for their actions. I feel safe with my daughter there 50+ hours per week knowing that she is well taken care of and having fun!!!
