It started out wonderful, but quickly went downhill.
On one occasion my daughter was just not fed her lunch “ teacher just forgot”
Multiple occasions she was not given her milk as an infant. Hollie could not give us answers just that it wouldn’t happen again. It did.
My daughter informed us about a teacher who hurt/hit her. Hollie said she was “just confused”& denied us the camera footage.
Witnessed an older boy screaming and hitting my daughter repeatedly while both teachers watched.
4-5 accidents would happen weekly that no one could explain. Reports were not made 8/10 times.
Teachers stealing.
My daughter was left in urine soaked shoes/socks for 6+ hours.
Diaper Rashes occurred weekly because they would not change her.
This place is not cleaned for weeks at a time.
All of these issues would be brought up in meetings with the director she refused to take accountability and would bully us if we questioned her.
