We have used this school for 2.5 years and really enjoyed it until the past 6 months or so. A male teacher Jarrod joined the classroom and is not good with the children! There were several times my child was singled out for things and always being yelled at. First issue we had was in room 6 when he would not stop walking around all of the children at nap time. It took me several days in a row calLing the director Leanna to get him moved to rm 7 (I watched this on the camera!). Then a couple months later my child was moved to room 7 with Jarrod again, told myself I would give it a chance. Jarrod continued to get in my child's face and yell at her, my husband witnessed ' my child's arm forcefully being yanked to turn her around which Jarrod admitted to doing during class because he was aggravated. He admitted this in our meeting with Sherry, Leanna, Deborah, my mom, husband and myself! He also has put her on his shoulders which is not appropriate. After all of this I was only offered for her to stay in this class for the next year and a half and they would work on changing things, my daughter is very afraid of him and does not want to go back to school. In addition to all of this I called the scool 4 times in 2 days to bring my concerns to the director Leanna attention, I spoke with Crystal on 3 occasions and she offered no help just said she was Leanna's assistant come to find out she is the assistant director and should have been able to handle this. The only one that helped me was Katherine and she went and found Leanna so I could speak to her and set up a meeting. This has been a good school except for this teacher Jarrod and the management.
