My two boys attended here for a little over a year.(from Sept '22 to Oct '23) One is 3 and the other will be 2 in January. It was the cumulation of everything over the past year (as a whole) that has led me to make this review.
I asked if they had cameras that parents could watch in January '23. They told me they were working on getting it set up within the next month or two. But, of course that never happened.
They use an app that has all these nifty tabs to see what your child will be doing that week and what they're doing throughout the day. You would expect to see lesson plans or a monthly oversight or something to pop up when you click on these tabs. They simply only use it for you to check your child in and to check them out. Randomly they will mark when my youngest takes a nap, gets a diaper change or eats.
They don't listen to the parents'needs or wants for their children. I spent almost 4 months trying to break my son (15 months old at the time) of a pacifier. Every time I would tell them to not give him one, he would come out the next day with a pacifier.(They will also give your child a random pacifier. Occasionally they would bring him out to me and he would have someone else's paci in his mouth. ("They keep extras in the back and just wipe them off with a cleaning wipe.")
Both kids would come home with unknown bruises and bite marks. When asked what happened, they had no explanation. Didn't see or hear anything happen.
They tell you to bring a backpack(for my 3yo) with clothes and pullups, yet he comes home in other kid's clothes and pullups. What's the point of us sending them if they're not even going to use them? Sometimes they don't even bother looking in the bag(when I know I just put some in that morning)and say that he doesn't have any.
A few of the staff members are absolutely amazing as well. They really enjoy kids and want to help them achieve in life. Those employees definitely deserve a raise and a better job.
A few bad apples spoil the bunch.
