I have used this provider for more than 6 months
We had to pull our twins out of the Gardner School at Ravenswood in an emergency and go without daycare for a week after we learned the Director of the school held a meeting with her teachers informing them not to write incident reports about our children because she was attempting to get our children removed from the school. This came after multiple conversations with the Director and Assistant Director about injuries that our children came home with, even busted lip with blood on the shirt, with no incident report made, no phone call laced, and no one claimed to have any information or knowledge about the incident. A report to placate us was created days later in which we refused to sign. A few days later, and after the entire staff was questioned did someone come forward and "remember" what happened and wrote a report.
We learned this from the staff that immediately called us and told us they were worried about this revelation and were sad to hear we were leaving.
This is terrifying for any parent and I would think long and hard before putting your children in this expensive and lackluster "daycare." There are many better options out there. We are so happy with their new school the Montessori Gifted Prep!
