This daycare is a joke. It may smell and look nice upon arrival, via lobby but it is not. This place is riddled in mold and the only thing that has been done about it in the past few years is they have had someone come “bleach spray” the walls, not including the mold on the roof and walls up near the roof. There is also a sink that is hanging off the wall and leaking in the little girls restroom that has been like that for the past 8 or so months, and have not heard of 1 person to go look at it or repair it. The toddler room (2 year olds) I hear is infested in mold and they expect the employee to take time out of their day and watching those kids to scrub the wall. Ridiculous! They constantly allow sick children to come in sick as well. I don’t believe there has been a week where kids nor staff aren’t sick. Not to mention my child was exposed to Covid because they allowed a child to attend while her parents had Covid and she was going home to them. The 1 year old room I heard literally floods when it rains and they have had to on a couple of occasions had them bunk with the 2 years old or slept in the commune area. Not to mention the owner and the director are extremely rude and do not like to hear parents concerns. I have insides with an employee and it kills me to see them having to leave a job they absolutely LOVE. These employees are working and doing extra work(they shouldn’t have to do) for an hourly pay of crap. Not to mention the favoritism with employees and children in this place. This place is better off shut down which how it should be.
My kids have been in this daycare since March. I have had to notify the director about them keeping my kids noses clean. Also, I have had to notify the provider about them misplacing my kids things and sending them home with the wrong people. My child shoes were sent home with the wrong child, bottles, and pacifiers & let’s not forget, his crocs were brand new and never returned to me. Once I reached out to the daycare “assistant” she was not professional about the situation. She proceeded to say I was bashing the company on Facebook when I never said a name & I only stated facts of them losing my kids belongings. Daycare is ran by teenagers basically, and only have Mrs. Tina & Allisa who are actually professional and friendly with the kids. Do not recommend if you want your child sick & coming home with missing items every other day.
