I have been with this center for 10 years and have nothing but the best to say it is clean, staff are very welcoming, and would definitely recommend it to everyone. My newborn is there and I have never had any problems. They are very organized and have never had any lost payments, they always give out receipts and there is also a copy of it in their receipt book. If anyone has a problem its probably because they are the problem.
I have used this daycare for 7 years now and have had a few issues here and there nothing major. Recently I dropped my child off in the morning the director says my child needs a new mat to nap on. Says it was thrown away the day before because inspector came in and they needed one by 10 for nap time. Frustrated because I was on my way to work and it was the first I heard about it. They could have left me a note or told me the day before knowing my child needed it. Then when I get him a mat go in during nap time and he is laying on a old mat different then the one I just bought him. They loose my payments and don't post them on a regular basis and I have to search for receipts and show them copies of checks that cashed. Recently saying I owe more money because the same situation. They are very unorganized and need to be audited in my opinion. I would not recommend this daycare to my worst enemy. After a long time of my kids going there is dislike the way we were treated.
