"attitude and helpfulness of leadership and staff, safety, and overall orderliness of facility"
I was thinking of putting my niece here for the summer but after witnessing the way an employee acts and speaks toward another daycare provider that was just trying to be helpful, whether or not someone was right or wrong you should never act like the gentleman did. I couldn't believe my eyes. He then again attack her verbally the next day when she was alone. Professionals should not act like that and when he accused the the young lady of being racist I had enough. Sir if you are reading this I'll let you know, even I knew that that whole conversation had nothing to do with the color of your skin or hers, it was down right childish the way you acted toward a women that was just trying to be friendly. And to the owner that had come the next day to attack her as well, that was a very big disappointment, I thought at least the owner would understand and allow someone to defend herself and tell her side of what happened. I'm very disappointed at the way that was handled and I hope that poor women is doing alright. I know now that I do not want my niece going here if the employee's are going to go around accusing every white person that talks to him racist and talks down to a women multiple times. If I had a child here then I would pull them out right away. So disappointing...
