Unfortunately, my family's experience with SuperClub was not in line with my expectations. My child was enrolled at SuperClub for 8 months and it was good at first. His main teacher during the day was excellent. However, the afternoon staff was lacking in both experience and in their level of care provided. On several occasions, I would find my child underneath tables playing with Play-Doh or even playing with unacceptable objects. My child also would come home with rashes that could have been prevented with more frequent diaper changing and at times fecal matter on his clothing despite having multiple changes of clothing in his cubby. The last 2 months of my child's stay were especially difficult as he openly expressed his dislike for the center. We have since found a new daycare center that has exceeded our expectations for care and couldn't be happier. I regret not spending the extra money per week to send him to the center he is at now. It certainly would have saved me tons of stress.
