Provider Response: (Contact the State Licensing Office for more information.) The applicant Beth had her fingerprints done a year early -as Wanda & Dello's the same. One wasn't suppose to expire until 1-23-2023. But since we did all ours 1 yr. early on 2-25-2022, it was now not expire until 2-25-2025-Dello & Wanda's went through. As far as we new hers did to. In Sept 2022 we all submit @same time w/my help. ILead System said approved for all-and still to today's date Ilead shows "Approved"/Qualified. No indication of a error or didn't go through. I believe this was a system error & we should be allowed to submit & noncompliance removed from internet site. Also at time of inspection all proof of receipt &pymt was there for her review last year annual was 3-3-2022 |
