Ms. Patty isn't a woman of her word. I called off of work after making arrangements last week to meet her today. I spoke with her early in the morning to confirm that I will be coming to enroll my child and that I had a doctor appointment scheduled that morning for her. I asked her a good time to come and that I have to work the next day so I have to get her enrolled today and she stated anytime after 9am. I called her at 10:30 once I finished with my daughters appointment and I called her twice and left a voicemail expressing how desperate 'm in need of my child to get in daycare so I can work and she never answered nor called me back. find that very rude, very unprofessional and bad business. Thank God a more professional daycare was able to take my daughter in and actually communicated with me even though they were busy.
And just from this experience, can already tell how things would have been if my child had attended this Daycare.
