Description: Contact [email protected]. Stratton Mountain Childcare will provide a safe, fun, and educational learning experience for all children. The program curriculum will promote the wellbeing of each child's emotional, social, and physical development. Children will learn based on their individual interests and learning abilities; teachers create curriculum based on interests and needs within their classroom. Our center balances child-initiated and teacher-directed activities to help motivate children to explore, learn, and to feel acknowledged as creative individuals. Our educational philosophy is derived from an emergent, play based curriculum. Some important areas of our curriculum include; art, dramatic play, music, literacy, and fine and gross motor development. Everyday offers a routine that includes a balance of active and quiet experiences, outdoor and indoor play, educational experiences, and rest time.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. Reports can also be verified with your local daycare licensing office.
