About the Provider

Stone House Preschool is a child-centered, family-oriented preschool dedicated to research-based early childhood education. Led by highly qualified staff, this ministry of SHPC is dedicated to providing early learners with a strong faith foundation in a warm and loving environment. Curriculum is theme-based, each incorporating spiritual foci, early literacy and mathematics, fine and gross motor skills, social skills and play. Stone House Preschool offers programs for children ages 2 to 5. Each class is team-taught and ratios are lower than state requirements. The preschool is currently accepting registration for the 2011-2012 school year. Questions and visits are welcomed and encouraged - please contact the director, Dr. Dawn Padden at (757) 565-1130 x17 to inquire. We look forward to hearing from you and encouraging and equipping your little one to develop a love of God, a love for themselves, and a love of learning!
