this daycare is horrible. Do not ever bring your child here! My child came home in wet pampers with a runny nose and not to mention a bruise on his arm that they could not explain. The staff is very rude and nasty. Not to mention they have roaches, once i saw all this i pulled my child out of this horrid place! please please please do not ever leave your child in their care!!

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

This Daycare at first seemed like a reputable facility and well organized... however, over time I noticed that they do not care for the kids. They only want to collect your money. I've walked in and caught teachers on their cell phones instead of watching the kids. I've seen teachers walk out the classroom and leave the kids unattended. They've had older kids watch the younger kids. I've caught 3 kids playing in the bathroom without the teacher knowing. One time I seen a child ask to use the restroom and the teacher yelled at the child and told them to go back in the class. I've seen where a child asked for water and the teacher said no, you only get water when I say you can have water. One time I caught a teacher pushing a child in the back and when she noticed I seen her, she made an excuse and said oh I was just playing with them. No, I seen the hatred in her face. I couldn't stay here long. All the employees are either related or close enough they are like family. They all protect each others mistreatment to the children and they pretend to care when you have a complaint. I've made a complaint to one of the teachers and when I pretended to leave but stayed behind the door to listen to what they say, they complained and said that I don't know who I'm talking to, if they weren't at work they would smack me. What kind of adult says that when I came to them for my child being hurt while under their supervision. The teachers they hire are non professional and rude. Half of them have an attitude and give off bad vibes. I've seen the way they look at some of the kids, and it's disturbing. Honestly, I feel a couple of them are racist. They use wayyy tooooo much bleach in the bathrooms which could harm the kids. I don't approve of how they "clean". I've seen them use warm water on activity tables and use the same cloth to clean all the tables and other surfaces in classroom which causes cross contamination. They make all their incident reports But NEVER give parents a copy even when they say they will. They like to make up excuses for kids to go home so they don't have to watch them but still get paid. You can't trust them. They had a couple teachers hit the children and they still allow those teachers around the children. They are too physical with the kids and have such a negative attitude towards children.
