My kids have been attending this center for over 2 years. They absolutely love this place. I read some comments about Ms. Ann and Mr. Buddy, and clearly something didn't go the person's way, so they are attempting to discredit the center. You can go to Provider search and look at the past five years of inspections and you will see that its all lies. Mr. Buddy is in fact the best provider in the city if you ask me. Him, and all of his staff absolutely loves the kids. You can tell they do because at home all my kids talk about is school. The staff is friendly and they greet the parents daily. They have over 6 centers and been in business for many years, so they are obviously doing something right. I hate when people make up likes and try to take down black owned businesses. The building does not smell bad, and it actually smells nice and clean every day. If you don't believe me, tour the building and see for yourself. Trust me.
Do not send your child here! The owner Mr Buddy is a piece of trash. He hires a bunch of old people and his friends from on the streets to go in there and half watch your kids. Every single day kids get hurt there and they lie about it. Not to mention the smell of this place its horrible and it gets stuck to your child even days/weeks after they leave. My son came home with over 5 knots on his head 4/22/2020 and they lied about that too, no incident report no call no nothing and the 2 head of the place thats supposed to be there is never there so your child is left with some random woman that he hires from whatever corner he visits at night. These people are terrible! Do not send your child there i warn you. Your child will eventually get some permanent damage from whatever WWE events they sit there and allow the kids to do while they talk on their phones and watch videos.
My children have attended this facility since birth and I'm more then likely the most difficult parent on earth to deal with. There has not been one concern that I've had that was addressed and handled to my satisfaction. I can't imagine placing my kids anywhere else but were they are now. I don't trust anyone one with my children but have no worries about my kids at this facility. My children require more attention then most and I've seen Mr. Buddy go over and beyond for my children alone. Couldn't choose a better family to be apart of.
I will leave my children there in a heartbeat the staff is amazing I leave to work with peace of mind Mr. buddy is awesome I will recommend it to anyone you rock Future leaders
I absolutely love this center. My children have been attending for about 8 months now. They absolutely love this center too. I have read the other comments and I truly believe the person who left the distasteful comment is angry with Ms. Ann for whatever reason. I simply say that because the center is and has always been clean, smell clean and is not poorly lit. The staff at Future Leaders are really kind, sweet and all of the staff are qualified and have certifications and child care training hours. I know this because I've checked their last inspection. I recommend this daycare to anyone. They do make you feel like family.. and your child will learn new things daily. Hard to find all the qualities at one center. But I must say they are all very professional and the kids love all the staff.
I have 4 children that attend Future Leaders Acheivement ranging from ages 1-8. My children love the staff and my(2)five olds are attending VPK which they are learning alot and developing the skills to carry them into Kindergarten even my 1yr old gets into the action by trying to recite her ABC's...lol...My children started the daycare about 2 yrs ago and from day one the staff has been nothing but accommodating!;you rarely find that in a daycare.This center makes you feel more like family!the staff is easy to talk too and the directors are always readily available with any questions that you may have for them not to mention the price is reasonable since I do not recieve subsidy. I would recommend Future Leader Acheivement to any parent looking to get that family feel experience for their children and the fact that they are learning in the process makes it a win win situation. Thank you Future Leaders Acheivement for all that you do for my children I truly appreciate all the fantastic work you do with my children!

Thank you for considering Future Leaders as your early learning institution.
You have the right to voice your concerns in which we welcome, but the medium you have chosen was nonproductive and distasteful.
If there were any concerns, you could have easily contacted the owners (Who are also directors over me). Usually, at least one of them are on site daily and any concerns could have been addressed immediately.
Since you did not leave a name, number, or e-mail address for productive feedback and a resolution, I can only assume the following:
* Your child is between 1 and 3 years old
* You were not satisfied with the service you
received.
* You did not address your concerns with the
appropriate person.
Upon research of this concern, my resolution is as follows:
Student Education:
Children learn & retain information differently and at various stages in their early years.
Therefore, both parents have to supplement the learning experience at home through direct and indirect teaching.
Moreover, I am a VPK teacher. I am proud to announce the same 11 children that I had at the beginning of the school year completed the VPK program.
Therefore, YOUR CHILD WAS NOT IN MY CLASS.
If you felt your child was not learning, his or her teacher should have been reported to one of the three directors.
We would have worked with that teacher to come up with an individualized education plan for your child.
Building:
The front of the build has two massive windows that shines sunlight throughout the building; in addition, all rooms are adequately lite based on the requirements of childcare licensing.
Our lights are dimmed only during nap time.
While the children are napping, staff cleans and sanitize everything in the building.
Our center is clean and organized.

In conclusion, this post is a clear attack on Future Leaders as a company and Ann Fields' character.
Unfortunately, in this business parents attack the integrity of the business and staff when we do not bend child care licensing rules (That are in place for their child's protection). Or, their child is not accepted in the center if tuition is not paid.
I work within the parameters of my Father God, childcare licensing, and our center's policies and procedures. These procedures are in place to protect the staff and children, and I will continue to uphold my duties as a child of God and a child care director. God bless!
This so called child care center has changed its name several times due to poor management and is now called "Future Leaders Achievement Center." The (pseudo) director, Ms. Ann Fields is not only under qualified, but is an absolute joke.
The center is very unorganized, dirty, poorly lit, and the school ranking is amongst the worst in the area.
My child learned absolutely NOTHING while attending this center and I would caution anyone from willfully enrolling their child here.
