The legal entity must receive DHS approval of the training content prior to scheduling the training. Tier 3: The legal entity must submit documentation in a format approved by DHS showing daily primary care group checks in each classroom by a member of management staff. The legal entity will confirm continuing compliance by sending copies of the documentation to the Regional Office of Child Development and Early Learning on a weekly basis for a period of three months after DHS approves the documentation format. Tier 4: The facility will conduct bi-weekly fire drills for a period of 3 months. Facility will confirm compliance by submitting a log of the fire drill upon each drill's completion. |
