I have used this provider for less than 6 months

I should have known they school wasnt a good place, after i questioned why havent my son seem to be becoming acclimated with the school after 45 days of adjustment period time. He cried everyday and said he didn't like this school. But it over for me when my son repeatedly told me, they were pulling on his ears by the "teachers" and I believe him, he don't just make stuff up and never has anyone in my household ever discipline kids by pulling on their ears. Told Tamecka and she did nothing, so the second time I took matters into my hands to address the "fake teachers" and I reported Stacia Osborn and Tamecka to the state, because it's abuse. The kids watch Netflix all day, when the recommended screen time 3 1/2 hours per week, your child will come home knowing ever Netflix movie and that is disgusting to me because we don't even watch it at home. They were truly understaffed. Having 20 + plus kids to one class room, way above the state law ratio in a toddler class but they don't know you know the laws too. The owner is never there to even monitor the staff, so she clueless, she just have her daughter working with some immature middle age 20 year olds who braiding their hair and putting on their wigs, in to the job and doing their hair on the job, so that's very unprofessional, even witnessed one of her staff members own kid, who was greater than 10 hit a two year old daycare child while me and another parent was present. Oh and not to mention tell him to stay out they kids hair and not touch them no more! This why you can't support black businesses they not upstanding to regulations nor do they conduct business correctly and we was only here less than 90 days before I had withdraw my son, because it was not going to end well.
