This place is my only option and I hate it. Mary hit my kid and I had to be prevented from going there Last review was 100% spot on.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The employees are all fake nice to the parents but then I have heard them speak about the parents while we are still in the other room retrieving our children. Also I have seen the employees be really rough with the children. Grabbing them quite forcefully by their arms and dragging them to wherever. Pushing them down if they push another child. One teacher threw a toy directly at a 1 year olds face, TWICE to teach her a lesson. On top of this the employees are typically on their phones. The teachers yell at the children for doing basic harmless children stuff. The one day the one teacher was yelling at a baby. A baby than can't walk or talk or anything like that. She was yelling at her for crying. Also Mt biggest issue is they do not mandate masks. And the temperature taking tool they use doesn't work. They first of all don't check the forehead. And second of all there's no way that every single person who enters the school had the same two temperatures. They do it for show. That'd it. The owner went on vacation to Florida and did not quarantine when she came back. Children come in sick all the time. I pulled my children out because this school is horrible. My friends children still go there and the stories I hear like how this woman went on vacation in another state and didn't quarantine. All because they don't "fear covid" and don't believe it's that bad. Someone needs to do something. This place needs some more structure. And safety precautions for covid. And honestly it needs employees who are actually care about the children not just getting paychecks.
