Violation Observed: Ensure that all staff have completed training pertaining to the center's policies and procedures for tracking children and are aware of the number of children in their care at all times. At the time of the inspection named staff was unaware of the number of children in their care in the outdoor playground area, stating the incorrect number and having to count.
