Connect, Seek Advice, Share Knowledge
Do not recommend using this childcare facility. The director will share your personal information with people on the pick up list. He also picks up elementary kids and takes them to his home residence when he wants to pick up his own high school student. The transporting van has made other stops without letting parents know As well, sometimes leaving you to wait to pick up your child. When I questioned the director about this he said if I didn’t like it he can let me know when he is picking up his son to say I will not have childcare that day. My 2 yr old & school age children were extremely thirsty everyday when I picked them up. The 2 yr old has a lactose intolerance. They were less than helpful to accommodate the allergy. They would not substitute items, instead would just remove what the child can not have. Hints why the child was always hungry. School age children were let to do whatever with no structure from the adults. Do not expect to see any art work come home as they do not do any. That went for both rooms I had children in. In the infant room, babies are placed in bouncy seats without being buckled. Staff in this room have children of their own in there and seem to only giving those babies attention. They do not mark down when your child needs more formula or diapers on the daily form. I finally asked about formula because I thought it should be getting low & was told ya they don’t have enough for the day. That left me to try & quickly get them formula without being late for work. The assistant director has potty mouth and will swear in front of the children. They will ask for a doctor note for any special directions you have for your child & try to belittle the way you care for your children. One example is I make baby food instead of using store bought. I was told to save my f***ing money. I have heard staff yelling at children throughout different times of the day as I pick up and drop off. PARENTS BEWARE!!!
