I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

I am aware that if a toddler makes a mess with his/her food, the workers throw away the child’s food instead of feeding him/her the food. This is poor child care.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Me and my wife were disrespected by the director of this day care. We didnt receive any daily reports and our kids started to show marks. My 4 yr old told me last night that a teacher hit him. CCIS and the BBB are currently investigating the situation. I told both the owner and director the complaints. It's an eerie feeling to read the review from July 17th, 2015 because almost down to the exacts we experienced the same unprofessional behavior from both the owner and the director. And a few days later after we removed the children from the daycare I get a call from an officer with the daycare claiming I'm aggressive and intimidating the employees. My son told me the marks on his face are from the teachers hitting him. Somethings up with this place. No structure, and they're lazy and full of excuses. You can feel the energy when you walk in.

Sahar Simmons and Eartha Holmes are a LIAR they are two lesbian and stole toys from the daycare
I know that daycare is a great daycare, they made up lie and they both are a thieves, they've done it before to Eureka Castle daycare in 2015 that's why their ghetto kids got kicked out from 3 daycare centers Sahar Simmons got caught in the daycare office and try to steal a computer, that's why she posted a false, lie comments about the daycare, my children went there for 3 yrs it is a wonderful daycare, as far as Eartha you don't want a know, she served times in 2010 for killing a dog intentionally, she served time for burning her baby daddy's apartment, Eartha went to Walmart with a big black bag full of newspaper and went in the fitting room removed all newspaper and fill the bag with clothes for her and her daughter when she left the store 2 COPS arrested her along they found drugs in her daughter's backpack, everything Eartha and Sahar Simmons says and posted about the daycare it's all a big FAT LIE, I saw how all the staff and Director treated the children very well like their own. And I also work there, Sahar is depress can't find a man cause she is too ugly and she is a lesbian, who does that Sahar made her daughter still in the store. Nice try MOM really. This is a daycare that has STAR 4 well under control, highly educated staff with a degree. I would never pull my kids out of this daycare for another daycare.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My Children went here for almost a year! Over time I slowly began to see my children display behaviors that are not normal always angry upset turning into outburst and on going disrespect that I never saw them display before. Over a period of time and some investigating it was found that staff we're mistreating and physically abusing my children. Slapping shoving and even told my son he was Ugly .
I even witnessed a staff intimidating older school age children because they wouldn't take a nap! I reported things to the owner and director several times and nothing was done. Instead I was told my child was out of control and needed additional services. Once I attempted to get services involved that may expose what the staff was doing I was told my children can no longer come back!
Btw the staff is still working there.
It's very sad and I hope no others are being treated this way.
