I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I would not recommend this facility, not if any other better options are available. The owner of this facility (Sara i believe) makes poor choices when it comes to hiring/disciplining workers. The workers are only as good as the owner and she needs to hire someone to manage the place for her. The current office manager/lead associate are very lacking and don't follow their own rules. IE workers being on Facebook and having phone conversations without paying attention to the children that are there (which are between 6-8 at the time i dropped my own child off). A worker (Jessica) had a reoccurring problem with rudeness to parents and the owners only moved the workers schedule around so I/or others never saw her again rather than to take action/fire and I was never reassured that anything would be done. The same worker, would not listen when I tried to explain that my daughter was starting to potty train and would not be using diapers any longer. She kept rushing me off and did not listen to what i told her which lead to my daughter having multple accidents that week (when she had none at home). They also hired a male daycare worker to watch the children and my daughter again had multiple accidents b/c he was unable to touch the children and could not help them with basic daily activities. Within a year of being at the facility, the price raised THREE times withing a YEAR. A yearly $30 "maintenance" fee was raised to $50. The weekly fee when i started was $110 and stopped at $125, the prices is higher for younger children. The reasoning was for lack of participation from parents not bringing in supplies etc and to extent raised to workers. I personally was not aware of such program existed until a "warning" newsletter was sent out about a month or so before the increase went into effect. There is a severe lack of communication between staff/owners and the parents. My own experiences: many items of clothing are lost or misplaced for several days/weeks and suddenly appear (if at all). My daughter had to leave bare footed because the workers gave her shoes to another child. Each child has a designated place to put clothing/jackets and workers do not follow this. Any changes that happen (IE children changing rooms/where they will be during the day) is not communicated to the parents. I have had to toss out multiple of her clothing due to workers leaving poop in her shorts/underwear all day instead of dumping them out. When asked who was not tossing out the poop, the work had no idea and smiled (holding back a laugh) while I explained to her that someone left it this way and it was not appropriate. There is no sense of privacy when dealing with any situation. Any parent to owner discussions are held out in the open where all employees can overhear (even tho there is a closed office) and i have also seen this done to other parents. Workers have intentionally walked over to eavesdrop on the conversation and the owner did nothing to stop the employee. Any private conversations I have had over the phone i feel were not done in confidence. Some instances are best kept in private. My daughter has left several times with snot covering her face to the point that I have to scrap it off with my fingernail or leaving behind rashes. Other parents I spoke with were told, by the owner Sara, that the workers were not allowed to wipe children's noses due to not "rubbing the childs nose red". There is a general sense of laziness that i get from most of the workers and i can only assume that behavior comes from what the owner allows to happen. Other experiences from parents: a one year old child was left asleep in a crib for 5 hours until the parent picked them up at after 5 pm in the afternoon. The child had also been sleeping in its own poop the entire time along with not being feed for the entire time. (children should not sleep that long except for at night). These are just the instances that are the most pressing, not including the smaller annoyance issue that occur.. Pay the extra money and choose another facility.
