I have used this provider for more than 6 months
I rarely leave reviews but it feels like an obligation to share some insight on my experience.
Communication - Whenever I asked questions, it seemed to always upset them or like I was wasting their time. I never felt treated with respect around them.
No potty learning curriculum - my child is an only child and was never exposed to lining up for toilet learning. I feel like we missed a crucial time for them to practice this skill.
Abrasive and unprofessional - the owners l are quick to say, “If this isn’t the right fit, leave. I have a waiting list.” They are people who are defensive and utilize fear based threats.
Turnover - there is a high turnover rate of employees. I think it should also be noted the owners make up 2 of the 4 person team. This speaks volumes of how they treat people.
Ending note - I feel like I should have noticed the red flags sooner, but I tried to make it work with them for too long. If you are thinking about this program, please trust your gut, ask questions and voice your concerns. I hope this review helps you in making hard decisions and thank you for reading.
