This correction took place on site while the inspector was present. Playroom 1 has an info board which has the this info posted. At the time of inspection it was sitting in our emergency operations folder rather than posted on the board. Going forward staff will make sure the transportation plan is posted on the wall.

This clearance is new. We applied for this clearance when she was hired. Right on the NSOR page to apply for this clearance it specifically stated NOT to reapply for this clearance. because it would cause delays. We called about it and was told they were back up on processing clearance requests that they had her application. Her clearance was received in Feb 2020. This has been corrected BEFORE this inspection took place. Moving forward operator will comply with all CPSL clearances.
