Plan: We now have another staff member coming in at 7:30a.m. just to be on the safe side. We had a meeting about ratios and that we can not take more than what the ratios says for that age group. I told them when and if that happens we will have to ask the parent to wait to drop off the child or children until another staff member gets to the building. |
