i remember this program i use to work with SISDA for a very long time and they are great people to work with i wish that i could wok with you guys again.
I've grown up in this program and it's really great. The children are wonderful and the staff is generally very easy to get along and work with. However, during my past experience, there was a minor issue that was handled highly unprofessionally by my supervisor; instead of communicating with me respectfully and privately, the minor issue she had with me, she became upset and began talking to the other employees about what happened and refused to even allow me to be near her or approach her about the issue. I love Sisda and I loved working and being around the supervisors who were above mine, (her supervisors if you will) because they genuinely care about the children, their well being, and how much the children receive from the program. They ensure the children are engaged in numerous fun-filled activities, and provide them with many options. If I do recommend this program to anyone who has a child who really needs a place to grow and learn.
