Siblings and Company is declining fast. Staff is under paid and over worked. There is a lack of staff putting teaches over ratio. The owner as well as the directors do not support or appreciate the staff and do not assist if there are issues in the classroom or work place. The do not following DCFS guidelines or regulations, making it hard for teachers to do the right thing.
