I do NOT care what the other people have had to say about this facility, but personally my daughter has excelled and done quite well at SIACDC... The director is very friendly and each teacher(who by the way are angels for handling several children at the same time) have very friendly personalities and I credit the whole staff for teaching my daughter ALOT...
New management is extremely rude when any questions or issues are brought to her concern. She does not hold staff members accountable and the quality of the center is going downhill. I have picked my child up from the center numerous times when the teacher is being rude to the children and on her cell phone. I payed thousands of dollars for my child's care and there is no reason for my child to be getting such low quality care at a bright horizons where the quality is supposed to be top notch.
Teachers done care because they do not have a good role model as Director. Children being mistreated. Curriculum not good or being followed as explained at enrollment for my children. The Director is rude, condescending, and not a good listener or problem solver. She has spoken very harshly to many families but they are afraid to come forward. The center is losing its good name it had in the community a few years ago. It's a shame because it is a beautiful center. But....that only goes so far. Something needs to change and I suggest you start with management.
