The slide exit of the composite equipment overlaps with the use zone of the tire swings. Please see both statements below to measure for correct zones. Slide Exits: The use zone at the end of the slide should be at least 6 feet from the end of the slide and not overlap with the use zone for any other equipment. Tire Swings: The use zone should extend in any direction from a point directly beneath the pivot point for a minimum distance of 6 feet plus the length of the suspending members (see Figure 27). This use zone should never overlap the use zone of any other equipment.
