Corrective Action: Ensure children over one-year-old are provided a top and bottom cover during naptime. This was corrected when Brenda provided a second blanket to child #1. Label all rest equipment. LS Kalafut suggested using a numbering system with a running chart. Ensure safe sleep practices are used at all times. Children under one-year-old must be moved to a crib or pack-n-play to sleep and placed on their back. Infants may not sleep with bibs. LS Kalafut observed two infants sleeping with bibs in bounce seats upon arrival. This was discussed and corrected when Brenda removed the bibs and placed them in their pack-n-plays.
