Description: The activities offered in the classroom are designed to develop a love of learning and to prepare your child for success in school. Through a play-based curriculum, children learn cognitive skills, language development, cooperation and self-control. Dramatic play, free choice time, music, and art encourage positive social skills and self-expression. Children are encouraged to make choices and solve their own social conflict. They are taught to use words appropriately and to develop necessary negotiating skills. Consideration of others is encouraged and modeled by the staff. A warm Christian atmosphere is a constant at our school.
