Between the lack of communication, sharing of photos, inclusion of daily information about my daughter, and finally disrespect towards my significant other, myself and daughter from management specifically Heidi klaverweiden and Melissa Heald has provided the worst daycare experience my sister, mother, and I have ever experienced! For nearly 1000 dollars a month I would expect atleast daily update photos of my daughter and proper email communication or At least phone communication. We will not be returning here and recommend others to look into bright sky’s daycare or building blocks. I wish I could wish the best for this company but after the racial tension and disrespect I cannot do so! Have a great day!
